Adapting

My orginal plan was to start P90X again today. It's the first of the month. However, after taking some time to talk to my coach (yes even as a coach I have a coach to help me) that maybe since I'm still running and have some 5k's coming up that maybe it would really hard on my body to do both.

So I've decided that for the next 30 days I'm going to do the Shakeology workouts. They are not as intense as P90X but they will keep me working out daily. The nice thing about the Shakeology workouts is that there are 2 different ones. A 30min workout and a 50min. I figured with days that I don't run I can do these depending on how much time I have avilable.

The most important thing is just to keep moving and adapting when necessary.
