My 31 Things

Here is my entire list of 31 things to accomplish in the 31 days this challenge is going on. Just so you know I put it in the sidebar of the blog too so you can always see my list and what I've marked off no matter what posts are up in the main section. So here they are:

Buy a swimsuit that I like and fits me right
Create a new music playlist for working out
Create blog to talk about the challenge
Cut out soda for a week
Do AB exercises twice a week
Do exercises w/free weights while watching tv
Don't drink sparkling waters for one week
Find a gym with childcare center to possibly sign up for
Find a skincare system that works for me
Get 8 hours of sleep one night
Get a pedicure and manicure
Get fitted for a proper pair of running shoes
Go for a run in the morning outside
Go to church on Sunday even if Todd can't come because of work
Go to the Farmers Market at least once
Limit tv time to 8 hours or less a week
Log eating and exercise even if I don't feel like it
Make annual appointment for the Doctor
No computer time after 8pm
No meat for a day
Plan a weekend getaway with my husband
Plan meals for the week and stick to it
Spend at least 30 mins outside for 5 days
Splurge on myself once
Take a break and slow down
Take body pictures to document the change in weight/shape and post if brave enough
Tell friends about the challenge
Walk 3 miles daily
Wear shorts and feel good about it
Write a list about the things that I like about myself (physically and all)
Write to 3 women who inspire me and tell them so
