I cheated and started this early since I'll be traveling and was afraid I wouldn't be able to blog about it right away.
Step 1: create blog (check)
--Setting up a blog easy. Telling people about my weight journey sorta hard. At least it's out there and I don't have to feel a burden about it anymore. I've always been a "I'm in control kind of way" so it was scary to show that I'm not.
Step 2: walk 3 miles daily (just started this and did it for 2 days)
--this is not that hard to do if I had a pedmoter then I could see what I do normally and then adjust my evening walk accordingly. I do a walk mode on the elliptical and put a movie in and watch it and walk till I get to my 3 miles. Easy easy.
I can send you a pedometer! Our gym gives them away. Let me know!!
