that time

Just curious how you handle your workout and eating routines when it's that time of the month? I notice I am exhuasted and don't feel like doing anything and crave sweets more than normal. Do you give in and do not workout or workout less? Do you eat what you want? How do you handle it?Just curious what some of you other females do?

  1. I'm so glad you asked this! I'm posting this on the wall! I try to really listen to my body even more those days...that helps me. I usually will take one day off from working out and rest a little bit.

  2. I let myself relax a bit and might not work out on the worst day. And I try to eat tons of fruits and vegetables during that time of the month, and it helps me. The fruit definitely helps with craving sweets.
