Did you know if you have an allergy attack you could be down and out for days?
I felt terrible yesterday because of the attack but talked to my doctor who suggested I take a few days off from hard exercise and rest.
It's that blasted word. REST!
It seems to come up more than I would like. I like doing things. I like working out. I like being busy. I do not like being told to slow down or to not do things I want to.
I guess I have a lot in common with my kiddos. None of us are fans of being told no. lol
I did some ab work. I'm exhausted and it was only 5 mins of activity. I want to get on the elliptical. I am getting antsy to workout. I shouldn't though. I am light headed and I do feel really tired.
Maybe resting isn't a bad idea. Tomorrow is Monday and I can see what tomorrow holds. It's not the end of the world that I had a workout less wknd (well I did do lots of house cleaning and laundry so I did work some).
Going to bed really early sounds amazing though so maybe the doctor is right and I should REST!
Exodus 33:14 : And he said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
