Would rather be sleeping

Ugh...I feel like once a month for a week straight all I want to do is sleep.

It's hot and humid outside.

I'm tired.

It's cool inside.

My body is tired.

I just want to sleep.

Can you tell I'm tired?

I have no motivation to workout.

Sleeping is work right?

Do I fight the urge to sleep to work out or do I just give in?
