I Stink at this!
Kenpo is not for the uncordinated and I am very uncordinated.
I think this was hard for me too since I have a hip problem that prevents me from getting proper range of motion.
Not sure what to do but I'll continue to plug along with it and do what I can. I might have to make up my own moves or something.
Oh and complaint with this workout is that Tony does not set up the moves for you so it feels like you are going blind into the workout. Granted it was my first time and that will change with each workout but it's still kinda frustrating as a beginner.
Tomorrow is day 7 which is my rest day or my stretch day. I think I'll do the stretches just to keep with the flow of working out each day.
I am so impressed, Nikki! I would have a hard time keeping up with it...1200 calories in ONE workout???!!! That's incredible. You better be eatin', girl! =)
