Double it all on Wed.

I thought that since Wed tends to be the hardest day of the week for me that I would do a double shot of everything that I normally do healthy. I'm talking about drinking more water than I normally do and doing two sets of cardio. I figured it would help me get over the mid week slump by mixing it up.

I've managed to drink twice as much water as normal and I've already gotten in one cardio session and I'll probably do some yoga or pilates here in just a bit. Most days lately I'm struggling with calorie intake but for some reason today I've still got about 800 calories to eat up today after my past workout. Looks like I need a snack before I start my next workout.

I've been looking at P9ox stuff online. My sister has the dvds and will let me borrow them at some point. Since I'm looking at the stuff online with all the before and after pictures I'm getting really excited for a change in workouts and seeing some different results in my body. I wish I had the money to just go buy them right now so I didn't have to wait for my sister to get her disks to me. I guess for now though I'll just keep working on my current routine.
