Lazy
Today I tried to be a little kinder to myself. I wasn't feeling well. Nothing to do with the milkshake from yesterday I don't think. Just general not feeling good. Burning up, headache, bones ache, tired, stomach issues, and just all around bleh. I'm sure the lovely dentist appointment to take care of a cracked crown didn't help either. In any event I didn't push myself to get that workout in or to limit what I ate if I felt like eating at all. I napped when I could and ate what I felt like eating. Sherbert on an ill feeling stomach feels heavenly FYI. lol. Any rate I'm doing what I need which is taking it easy and I don't feel guilty for it. Despite how I feel physically, mentally I feel better today. Kinda funny how that works out huh?
