The first picture is from back in November of last year. It was after my trip to CA when I was looking at these pictures that I decided I did not like the way that I was looking. It wasn't until January that I started doing anything about it. First I just went through my closet and got rid of all the clothes that were too small and then I decided to start working out. Started with doing a Jillian Michaels dvd and then bought an elliptical in Feb. After that things got more serious and since then I'm looking more like the second picture. I've since lost 23lbs and still have about 25ish more go. Maybe when I get there I'll post the full body pictures. At the moment though I'm still feeling a bit self concisous of those. I'm now doing Elliptical cardio 40 mins a day for 5 days a week and recently (as in a few days ago) started doing yoga, pilates, and weight training. I can tell from just looking at these face shots of myself that I've slimmed down. I'm still considered overweight at the moment based on my BMI for my height but I feel better than I have in a long time and am trying to reach my base goal (and I sure I will!) with more hard work.
