Small victory


I lost 3lbs this week! Say what?! I know...here I was feeling all sad the other day because I didn't feel like things were any different and them bam I get on the scale and see that I've lost 3 lbs! Woooohoooo! I'm so happy. I've now hit my mark of losing 20lbs. My treat to myself was some flowers. I told Todd and he rushed out this morning to go buy me this beautiful orchid. I was thinking a $4 bunch of wild flowers but he had other ideas. I love this and I love that he's so supportive. Just goes to show that people who are supportive are vital to life long changes. :)
I did set some other goals for myself and some rewards for myself when I get to those points. I didn't want to reward myself with food since that seems kinda counter productive or something. Anyways if you are interested here are my current goals and the rewards I have for myself when I hit those targets.
180lbs -- Fresh flowers to put near my workout stuff
175lbs -- Pre-order 2 books that I've been wanting
170lbs -- Purchase knitted gloves for winter that I've been drooling over on Etsy.com
165lbs -- Go see a movie (or 2) at the theater by myself one day.
160lbs -- New exercise toy (not sure what yet but I'm sure I'll think of something)
155lbs -- New quilt/comforter for bed
150lbs -- New Shoes
My target weight for my height is actually 121-153 or something like that so when I get to 150 I'll see how I feel and if I need to lose anymore.
