Things I'm loving right now:

These are just a few of the things that I am currently loving about my healthier lifestyle:

-Loads of veggies. My food list for this next week is mostly veggies and I love it. :)

-Whole Foods and the Good Food Co Op. Love it. Kroger also carries a lot of the whole food healthy stuff too surprisingly but I love that Whole Foods has zero distractions for the junk stuff. I mean really I didn't see the calorie loaded sodas, artificial candies, and boxes and boxes of brownie/cake mix.

-Southwestern Turkey Wrap from Whole Foods Deli. Yummy!

-The fact that I'm planning meals and getting excited about cooking again which is something I haven't been in a long time. Also I love that Todd and I argue over who gets what leftovers since they are that good. :)

-Hearing my husband tell me that he can see the changes in my body from all the hard work I've been doing.

-Having my husband buy me a Ab Circle Pro for my birthday and giving it to me a month before my actual birthday. I wanted something that was fun but would help me focus on my abs and he found it for me and got it.

-That my husband is so supportive and really wants me to do what makes me feel good.

-My kiddos repeat my workout motivational talk to themselves now and to me when I'm feeling frustrated.

-My daughter who is 2 climbing on my elliptical and trying to make it move like mommy does because she wants to do what mommy does. :)

-Having the energy to get through a day and feeling good about it

-Thinking it's weird when I don't get some sort of exercise in for the day and how working out is just something I do without talking myself out of it (most of the time lol)

-That my skin feels better because I found a skin care line that works for me (Aveno) and since I'm not putting junk into my body but instead feeding it good things and lots of water it shows in my complexion.

-Lastly the best thing is that I feel better about myself. I'm taking time to invest in me and it feels good to make myself a priority since that means I'm a better person for my family.
