Plyometrics are evil. :(
Not a fan of day 2 of week 1 of P90x.
I say I'm not a fan because I'm exhausted and sore from day one. Jumping around and doing lunges made me want to vomit. My muscles were spazzing and honestly I could only do about 49 mins of the routine before I just could not move anymore.
I wound up just sitting watching the last few minutes and crying because I hurt so bad.
I figured since I was hurting that doing some basic yoga might help. 20 mins later and I was in tears again.
I hurt. I feel like I've never worked out in my life.
I know it'll get easier but man of man do I hurt right now. I wanted to get some time in on my ellpitical but honestly I hurt so bad that all I want to do is just lay down and move as little as possible. lol.
Maybe doing some extra cardio will help out. Maybe Tomorrow morning I'll try it and see.
Ouch! I know it does hurt! Keep at it! So proud of you for making steps every day!
