Ok so yesterday sucked, but today was awesome. Day 3 Rocked!
Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X was good today.
I loved the workouts because I got to use my resistance bands (which I love using) and because I felt more in control of my body today.
I wasn't all shaky and spazzing or crying. I was strong and I wanted to do it.
The ab ripper X wasn't even as bad as day 1. I still can't do all the ab work exercises but I did do more than the first day which I will count as a success.
Didn't do any cardio on the elliptical or run outside I thought I might but my legs can't even handle going up and down the stairs without wobbling so maybe I'll wait a day or two and then try some traditional cardio.
Looking forward to doing some Yoga tomorrow.
