So I'm feeling better today. Sore but much much better. I can actually use my arm and I don't feel like crying whenever I move at all. I heard several really loud pops and then a crack and I was good. It was strange honestly but I started feeling better right away. Not sure what that means but I'll take it.
Because of the muscle pain I took the last two days off. I kinda over ate a bit but I was honestly hungry and wasn't paying attention to what I ate. It's funny how that works. When you workout you are automatically more aware of how you eat.
Oh well not gonna beat myself up about it. Those days are done and I can't change them.
If I'm still just feeling a bit sore then tonight I'll go ahead with the next p90x exercise. If not I'll just take one more day to heal. In the end a few days off to take care of my body isn't going to be the end of me. I just wont have done the program in exactly 90days which isn't that big of a deal as long as I finish the program I'm happy. :)
