I was sore and tired when I started my yoga today. I thought as I went along that it would be easier. Um...nope it was harder.
Why is it harder? I mean shouldn't it be getting easier? My best guess is that since I'm working harder my muscles are tired and I'm having to work harder now to build up what I tore up last week.
In any event my right shoulder/neck area is killing me. I've got an ice pack on it and taken some tyelnol so I'm hoping that takes care of it and I didn't really hurt myself badly.
Here's to hoping I'm better in the morning and can move on to the next exercise.
