Today was the first time I've gotten sick while doing P90x. 30 mins and I felt awful. I'm not even talking sore muscles kind of awful. I had to stop the workout all together because I just couldn't control getting ill. Looks like my first day back at it will be split into 2 parts. Guess I'll try and do the second half of the video and ab ripper x tonight when I'm not feeling so rough.
It's insanely hot here. Another day with a heat advisory and a day where you just don't even bother to open the blinds because you want to keep the inside of the house as cool as possible. I blame my feeling of fatigue and stuff to the heat. Despite my best efforts to keep in cool in here it's still really warm.
Bleh...besides the general feeling of ick at the moment my back and arm seems to be feeling fine. A little sore but otherwise ok. I'm taking it a little slower than I normally would with certain exercises so I don't hurt myself further.
I hope this heat goes away soon. I'm ready for fall and some cooler temps.

Updated 7:36pm. Still not feeling the best. Decided just to be happy with getting most of my workout in and leaving it at that. Tomorrow is a new day and I'll see what I can do tomorrow.
