You know it's bad when....

You are eating the leftover hard chcolate leftover from a dessert fondue you had over a month ago.....


It's been 4 days since I worked out and I'm eating like crazy. I'm hungry all the time. It's like this for a week every month. *sigh* gotta figure out how to kick my need for sweets and I'll be doing better.

I'm told that using the Shakelogy drinks will help with this. hmmm....

Anyways I hope that tomorrow I can get back to working out and get back on track. Missing my workouts, my time, and how I feel when I workout. I miss Tony. lol.

Has anyone else had problems with sweets? How do you curb the cravings or train your body that it's not sugar you need at all but healthier nutrients?

Thoughts?

  1. I MISS TONY!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHHA! That cracked me up! I can't wait to get back to my p90x tomorrow, too!

    I've had to adjust what types of sugar I have...I don't have any processed sugar, I try not to. But I enjoy fruit a lot more these days...this week I normally am a crazy person with my eating...but I've had lots of tea, been reading more...moving a little more so I'm not sitting down thinking about food. It may be that I'm getting my chocolate fix in the morning - that's been a huge difference that I didn't realize would help!
