Tired.

I'm worn out. I'm tired. I think I need to sleep. The kids are napping (well they are suppose to be) and this is usually when I work out. Thinking today though a nap is in order and I can work out tonight after the kids go to bed. I kinda don't mind working out at night anyways since that means I get to fall into bed afterwards. :) When Sam was in school I always did my workouts after he got on the bus and Sophia went down for a nap. Now though that it's cooler in the evenings and the kids don't seem to be napping most of my workouts happen around 8ish except for the occassional afternoon workout.

When do you workout? Do you see better results from yourself if you do work out at a specific time? Do you find that you alternate times when you work out? Just curious to see what works for other people.

  1. I usually alternate morning and evenings on every other week...because some weeks I teach in the morning. I don't know if I have any particular time of the day that works better. Mornings are nice because it's out of the way...evenings are nice because i'm warmed up. So, yeah, not sure if I have any particular day that works better!
