Whew, this stuff is no joke.
I am pouring sweat. I'm loving it and my muscles are screaming at me for working so hard. Ab ripper X was tough today. I did about half of every ab exercise and couldn't do more. I felt like I was going to be sick.
I burned almost 1200 calories during that workout. WOW! Oh and the best part for me though was that I was in my target heart rate zone almost the whole time which means I was working hard the whole time. No slacking here .... ok maybe a little but I feel good.
Gotta go and get a snack and do some more stretching for these sore muscles. Tomorrow I'm doing Kenpo or whatever it's called. Not sure what that is but I'll be watching the dvd soon to prep for tomorrow.
