schedules, motivation, and fatigue

It's been about a week since I've done p90x.

I know I know I'm a slacker.

With Sam starting school again and trying to figure out schedules for everything I've gotten so overwhelmed that I've just given up. I've become tired and just plain frustrated.

Today I decided that I was going to try and relax some. No more worrying about schedules and what needs to be done. No more crazy long to do lists. My new goals are to just relax and take things slowly.

I might work over the next few days or I might not. I'm going to take each day as it is and see what it holds.

I hope this little break will help jump start me back into a new frame of mind and help me find my motivation again.
